“Good, I want to do more for you than get you to come over to watch movies and cuddle.” She shrugged and leaned down and kissed her cheek, “not that I mind either of those.” Megan rolled her eyes at the comment, “I am not cute.” Kissing her back was normal, almost habitual - despite the fact that they really hadn’t done much of it. Nothing that would lead to something being habit. Settling into the couch she couldn’t help but pay more attention the girl in her arms than the screen. “Hey, we should move, I want to lay down you can lay on top of me?” She wanted to have Sav lay on her chess so she could hold her with both arms than actually getting comfortable, but oh well. 

“Well, I can’t wait. I hope this time neither of us sleep the whole day away so we can follow through with our plans.” Savannah poked her tongue out playfully before giggling at Megan’s response. “You are cute, though.” She giggled softly and made herself more comfortable in the other girl’s arms. She set her focus on the screen until she heard the girl’s voice again. “Okay.” She giggled softly, shifting herself so Megan could move. She actually liked the thought of them being closer with the other girl’s arms wrapped around her. Cuddling was something that no matter what, she’d never get tired of.

“Sure, I don’t think I’ve watched that yet” Granted she hadn’t seen many popular movies that weren’t thriller or horror related, but that didn’t mean she wouldn’t like it. She smiled down at her after finding the movie and setting the remote down. “Can we  go out tomorrow?” she knew that they couldn’t really be out too much, or be too close, but she wanted to treat her to dinner or something. A small squeek came out of her when she was poked unexpectedly. “Hey, no poking.” she tried to look mean, but knew it would fail, all she could do was smile. Her face fell a little more serious, “I love you.”

Savannah smiled, surprised that she had agreed to watch the movie with her. Although, it wasn’t all too surprising since she had sat through The Notebook with her. She turned her head to look at her fully, smiling sweetly. “I’d love to.” She wasn’t expecting to have to answer that question anytime soon since Tess and her had just broken up but she wasn’t going to say no. Hearing the small adorable squeak from the other girl caused her to giggle. “You’re so cute.” She smiled and looked into the other girl’s eyes, almost getting lost in them. “I love you too.” She leaned in and gave her a quick but sweet kiss.

She smiled and nodded, there really was nothing to do. “Well we are two very uninteresting individuals, but sure.” She released her hold on her waist, and slipped her fingers into Savannah’s smaller ones. “C’mon. We can watch one up here on the couch, cause my room is still kinda cold.” Leading her into the living room she let go of her hand to get the television remote. Once seated she slid an arm around her and tugged until she was up against her side. “What do you want to watch?” She’d already watched more than enough horror movies for one day, so she wouldn’t mind sitting through something else. 

“That is true.” She nodded, giggling softly to herself. Savannah intertwined her fingers with Meg’s and followed her to the couch. She plopped herself on the couch and let herself be pulled against the other girl. “Hm…would you kill me if I wanted to watch The Last Song?” She raised an eyebrow looking up at her. Most of the time they’d watch horror movies but she didn’t really need an excuse to be close to Megan anymore. “Then you can pick a movie after.” She poked her side playfully letting out another giggle.

Megan smiled and wrapped her arms around Savannah’s waist, loving the height difference. “Well I would hope you missed me.” She said after returning the quick kiss. The next words caused a flutter in her chest, one that she had never felt before, she wouldn’t allow herself to before. “I love you too.” She knew that it was wrong to be like this with her so quickly after Tess, but it was the truth. She had always loved her. Rolling her eyes at the giggling that seemed to be perpetual with Sav she pulled away from her a little. “So, what do you want to do?” There really was not much to do in the house, and going out side with the rain on and off she didn’t want to risk it. It was a miracle that Sav had made it there without getting rained on. 

The response made her smile, everything Megan did or said made her smile. As she pulled away a bit, she began to think of something the two of them could do. There was really nothing they could do outside since it was raining off and on and the only thing she could come up with was the usual. “Movie and cuddles?” She suggested with a grin. “Unless you have a better idea.” Her arms were still wrapped gently around the girl’s neck and her hands began to slowly twirl her hair in between her fingers.

Megan dropped her phone on her desk as she passed it on her way up the stairs, taking them two at a time, she decided that she would wait for her up stairs in the living room seeing as her room was still cooler than the rest of her house and there was no need for them to be hidden away down there since her house was free of anyone but her, not like that was anything new however. As soon as she heard foot steps on the porch she got off the couch and waited to hear her enter and close the door. “I see that,” she says walking up to her. Not giving her time to respond Megan pushes her against the door and kissed her. Pulling away she smiled. “I missed you, and your lips.” 

Before she had anytime to respond, she felt herself pressed against the door with Meg’s lips on hers. “Hello to you too.” She giggled softly as a smirk played on her lips. “I missed you and your lips too.” She wrapped her arms around the other girl’s neck and brought their lips together again, before pulling away slowly. “I love you, gorgeous.” She looked into her eyes, not helping but to smile. Smiling was something that came naturally to her around Megan, next her uncontrollable giggling. It was a habit that there was no way possible to break.

Savannah texted Megan that she was on her way then shoved her phone in her back pocket as she stepped out of her door. The autumn breeze felt nice, she actually preferred this weather to the hot summer nights. She pulled her cardigan closer to her body as she walked to Meg’s house. She missed seeing the girl, she felt like she hadn’t seen her in forever even though it was just a couple of days that had gone by. As she walked inside the girl’s house, she slid off her shoes as usual and headed straight to her friend’s room. “I’m here…finally.” She said with a soft giggle.
